A large component of The Mescaline Garden’s work is quantifying mescaline in various cacti. This shirt simply depicts the process of the method used in this screen. Lophophora williamsii (Peyote) is freeze dried, extracted with methanol in a flask, filtered using a syringe, measured using a pipette, placed in a glass vial along with a standard curve, before being ran on an liquid chromatograph–mass spectrometer to identify and quantify the mescaline molecule.
White screen print on black AS colour tee.
